Land Matters partnered with Ōtaki Riverbank Properties Ltd to deliver the Ōtaki Vets Riverbank Development at 55 Riverbank Road, Ōtaki. This $11 million development combines subdivision infrastructure, commercial site development, and the construction of a purpose-built veterinary facility.
Acting across project management, engineering, surveying, contract administration, and construction oversight, Land Matters provided end-to-end leadership to coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and approval pathways.
The project demonstrates our ability to successfully integrate horizontal and vertical construction activities while maintaining programme certainty, regulatory compliance, and financial control.
