What is it?
Iwi Advisory means sharing advice and insight about either a local iwi – should we have specific knowledge – and/or approaching iwi land projects with respect for our nation’s first people. It’s about understanding the detail of land ownership, appreciating and acknowledging the kaitiaki of the land, and offering manaakitanga to everyone who’s involved along the way.

What does this look like for me?
If your property is linked to a local Iwi, we are skilled and well versed in matters such as reviewing and advising on the property aspects of Treaty Settlements, reviewing the feasibility and due diligence on property and housing acquisition opportunities, providing assistance with funding proposals and requests, and offering housing strategy assistance.
