    • The $250 + GST flat fee applies exclusively to standard residential properties located within the Kāpiti Coast District.
    • Commercial properties, multi-unit dwellings, and business enterprises may incur additional fees based on the scale, complexity, and location of the site.
    • If your property does not meet the criteria for the flat fee, we are happy to provide a no-obligation quote tailored to your site.
    • All fees are exclusive of GST and subject to change.
